Haitian-Italian designer Stella Jean continues with her signature of African prints into spring/summer collection 2013 after her previously admired collections from 2012. The collections are not only feminine and fun but stylish and confident. The African attire combined with retro-inspired shapes creates a diversity of ready to wear to formal wearing.

Fashion trends are constantly changing, taking inspiration from different cultures. In order to create appealing and unique styles to a wide range of people, two or more styles are mixed. Skandik Afrik hopes that the African influence is here to stay as it is colorful, expressive and bold like its people.

What are your thoughts of the Stella Jean collection?

I like that designers are paying interest in african print, I am going for this style this year. Like how african cloths are inspiring fashionistas of 2day . It's hard to purchase this kind of designs to an affordable price, though would be nice is you can refer to someone thank you :)
