 There are only 8 countries from the continent of Africa that are participating in the Gothia Cup 2013 which begins on 15th to 20th July in Gothenburg, Sweden out of over 70 countries that registered for the tournament around the world. Two countries from the North Africa region (Morocco and Tunisia), one country from the West (Ghana), three countries from the East (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda)  and two countries from the South (Zambia and South Africa). Here are the full lists with the age groups that these participants from Africa are listed in:

North Africa Region:

Morocco: Club Municipal De Casablanca, Boys 13 (Group 5) and Boys 18 (Group 13)

Tunisia: Tunisiana Football Academy, Boys 11(Group 10), Boys 11(Group 16),

                Boys 11(Group 20), Boys 12 (Group 28)


West Africa Region:

Ghana: Lizzy Football Club Boys 12(Group 12), Boys 13(Group 19),

             Right to Dream, Boys 17(Group 4)


East Africa Region:

Uganda: Kampala Junior Team Boys 16(Group 6), Boys 18(Group 2)

Kenya: International School of Kenya Boys 12(Group 5)

Tanzania: Dar es Salaam Independent School Boys 12(Group 19), Boys 18(Group 20)

                  Aga Khan Mzizima Secondary B13 (Group 12), Boys 16 (group 23)

                  Isamilo Boys 13 (Group 13)


South Africa Region:

Zambia: Chilulu Girls 17 (Group 1)

South Africa: Project Playground FC, Boys 15 (Group 5)
